Sofia Municipality and Ablera deployed a Virtual Agent for kindergarten and first grade admission

In response to the efforts of the Sofia Municipality administration to assist parents applying for municipal nurseries, kindergartens, preparatory groups in schools, and first grade admission (ISODZ), Ablera has developed an artificial intelligence-based virtual employee prototype. Citizens can now ask their questions and receive information 24/7 from a pre-trained model, which is still in the retraining phase. We are pleased to share this initiative and be participants in the innovation of Sofia.
